CTA/CPO Capital Requirements; More Harm than Good?

In late January 2014 the National Futures Association (“NFA”) announced to its membership they were: “…reviewing the current regulatory structure applicable to Commodity Pool Operator (“CPO”) and Commodity Trading Advisor (“CTA”) operations.
