CFTC Names J. Christopher Giancarlo Acting Chairman

Washington, DC — Commissioner J. Christopher Giancarlo was designated per seriatim as Acting Chairman of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) on January 20, 2017.
